Question about Kodak Office Equipment & Supplies
1. Take both ink cartridges out.
2. Wait for 10 seconds.
3. Put them back in.
4. Go to Maintenance (Printer Conrol Panel or ? Help on your Home /Center software) and clean printhead.
5. Try printing.
NOTE: If issue still persists, pls contact kodak for printhead replacement.
