i have a lexmark all in one printer 1270 and have scanner problems ie not working ive been told i need a twain driver for my system for it to work how do i do this please

it says down loading and then it say failer and thats it it starts over

GuruYou can try re-installing the driver.
It can be obtained here:
http://downloads.lexmark.com/cgi-perl/downloads.cgi?lxkprod=Lexmark+X1270
Be sure to choose the correct operating system that you are using.
