Hi, basically the following is your problem taken right from their manual. Most likely you have a faulty temperature sensor (parts can be defective once in a while) which will look like a small rod inside the oven coming off of the back wall. Since the oven is new, I would definitely have the company you bought it from replace the sensor for free or at least give you a new one as it is pretty simple to replace yourself and it should then work.

1. 30 F0 or 30 F1 appear during the cooking or self cleaning cycle

Oven temperature sensor broken or not working properly. The cooling fan stays on
and if the self cleaning cycle is in progress the door remains locked.
What to do:
1. Turn the oven function selector to 0 (OFF). A 30 minute countdown will start. If the
selector is turned and then returned to 0 (OFF) the count will start again from 30.
2. Wait for the countdown to finish.
The fan switches off and the door, if locked, unlocks.
3. Disconnect the appliance from the main electrical supply and contact the Service Center because the oven can no longer be used.

Caution: If the function selector is not turned to 0 (OFF), the cooling fan will continue to work and the oven door, if locked, remains locked.

Let me know how this works out.

Have replaced the main control board, and all the control panel lights now work, compressor comes on, fan inside comes on, but fan at bottom of refrig does not. Checked all connections and all is good....

Set you refrigerator controls at their middle settings. Put a thermometer in both sections. Check after several hrs. Freezer temp should read near 0 and fresh food temp between 38 and 42 degrees. Those are normal operating temps on most refrigerators.

AEG double oven/grill stopped working

It appears the oven has shorted out. Try checking the breaker box and see if any switches have been flipped. If this is not the case a new oven is in order.

Lighting Problem

We see this a lot. The problem is on the control panel, which we regularly repair nationwide for $39.95 postpaid.

This light failure often occurs when a bulb goes out and the filament shorts, or when the bulbs are removed or installed without first unplugging the oven from the power line. Either can cause such a failure on the controller.

This can often also affect the exhaust fan operation, too. The lights and fan can be inoperable or stuck on too.

Oven will not heat at all after an interrumpted cleaning cycle (power went off)

There is a thermo fuse located behind the back panel of the oven. If the oven appears to be working but is not actually heating then this is the cause. The oven will have to be removed from the wall, power to the oven shut off at the main breaker and the back panel removed. the thermo fuse is just to the left and up from the center of the convection fan. It has 2 wires connected to it.
