Question about Computers & Internet
Hello Pat, welcome to Fixya. Iview sounds like its a type of video or media streaming service.. Im not personally familiar with iview, but im very familiar with solving issues with media streaming. If you could provide the website where you downloaded the program, or where you get the live feed from, i can better assist you. generally speaking, a few factors that prevent proper media streaming are, internet speed, ( which you have covered) Firewalls, and antivirus suites, ( try disabling both before running Iview ) Possibly a virus or trojan.. To solve that possibility, here is a free program you can download, and then run the quick scan, and then remove all it finds. ( i use it myself ) www.malwarebytes.org the programs name is Malwarebytes. After trying these steps, if your still having issues, please reply to this thread with the additional information about the website's address where you are downloading/watching the media from. thank you for your time!

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
