Camera constantly takes blurred pictures

Appears that the auto focus mechanism is not working, This anomaly is most obvious in lower light situations when focusing is much more critical.

If the camera was new and two months old I would either return it for another one or have Nikon repair the lens assembly under the terms of its warranty.

You did not say which lens or lenses you are using, but most auto-focus lenses have a switch for selecting manual or auto-focus. First, check your camera's menu settings to make sure auto-focus is enabled and then your lens to make sure you did not accidently leave it in the manual focus position? If it is in the auto-focus position and still not taking sharp pictures, switch it to manual and see if you can get it to focus correctly. It is also possible that your auto-focus alignment is out because your camera was bumped, jolted or dropped. If realignment is necessary, you can send the camera and lens to Nikon for repair or find a knowledgeable camera repairman.

Blurry webcam

Many laptop computers come equipped with a small web camera assembly mounted above the LCD screen. Like any other camera, these webcams use a lens to take pictures. Over time, it is possible for this lens to become dirty, especially if you have touched it a few times. You can quickly clean the lens and get the unit back to taking crisp pictures.

1.Take a microfiber cloth and gently press it to the lens of your laptop's web camera.

2.Gently rub the lens of the web camera with the microfiber cloth. Be sure that you cover the entire surface of the web camera's lens.

3.Open your web camera program when you are finished and take a picture to test the quality of the webcam. If it is still blurry, close the program and repeat steps 1 and 2 until the web camera is no longer blurry.

Powershot SD30 taking blurry pics.

dust could have gotten insode making the focus lens to stick.

you might have to take it to a camera shop for a good cleaning.

dusty places are always bad for electronics.

but sounds like the focus lens is failing, there might be an option to clean the lens electroniclly, most canon has the option. not sure about sony.

good luck

Pictures are blurry; quality of photos seem compromised

As simple as this may sound, have you cleaned the lens lately? A lot of image quality deterioration comes from a finger print or other smudge on the lens. Digital cameras are succeptable to even the smallest gunk on the lens. Because the lens element is very tiny, use a cotton swab with a drop of lens cleaner (or isopropyl alcohol) to thouroughly clean and dry the lens. If it isn't a dirty lens, check your file-size and flash settings.

Blurry camera screen

If the pictures are blurry, you probably damaged the lens with the drop. You will have to send the camera to the factory service to replace the lens unit, if it is not serviceable.

If you drop a camera this is not normally covered by the warranty. You may find it cheaper to replace the camera than have any major service done to it.

My camera is blurry..and it takes blurry pictures..How can i fix this?

Gently clean the lens or get it cleaned at a camera store. I suspect fingerprints on the glass. If this isn't it, the camera's infrared sensor may be malfuntioning or dirty, or the lens assembly is not functioning properly (warranty).
