Sorry, no answer. But you're not alone, my 2006 is displaying the same issues; everything works, just no sound. Used to take a few minutes for the sound to start after turning on car, time increased to point that it the sound just doesn't work at all. Clicking noise is noticable when system is powered on.

Our 2013 Elantra's radio and nav system will not make any sound. I checked the fuses marked amp and they were good. Is there anything else to try?

I had this problem as well. The fix was pretty simple: remove that fuse that says "amp", wait about 30 seconds, then reinstall. There may be another marked A/V system. Do the same with it. You'll have to re do your radio presets, but the sound should come back on. This effectively "re-boots" the computer driving the sound and nav system.

Radio/Nav is malfunctioning; unresponsive, shuts down/reboots, slow to react to inputs

The only thing that you can do is remove the unit and send it out to a factory approved repair shop, that is it no other choices.

Navigation and radio work but no sound on my Hyundai Tucson

There is a tiny button to reset the radio. My radio and nav would display, but had no audio. When I pressed the reset button, it worked perfectly; I had to reset all of my presets though.

If the radio works the two fuses for it must be OK. 15A fuse 23 is the source of amplifier power. The amplifier is probably tucked away near the radio

2005 chrysler 300 radio/nav system problem. screen displays but music will not play or nav will not show info. all fuses working

Sounds like an amplifier issue. Check the fuses that run the factory amplifier, if not a fuse, then most likely a bad amp.
