Hi.

The problem is that water has entered the base of the appliance and has activated the anti flood device.
To prove this disconnect the power to the appliance and wiull a few towels handy pull the dishwasher out. Place towels behind the appliance and tip backwards about 45degrees. If you can see water coming out then this confirms the problem. The appliance will work again for a few washes then same problem wioll come back.
Unfortunately there are many reasons why this can hapen so you will need to call a local engineer.

Hi,

This problem is mostly caused by the drain pump or a restricted drain line. Try taking the end of the drain hose off under the sink and re-checking the drain-out condition. If the unit is still not draining, I recommend replacing the drain pump.

Other possibilities could be that the sump is blocked, or the control or harness may need to be replaced.

Hope this helps.

After starting dishwasher to do a normal wash with heated dry, the dishwasher stops and Clean light blinks 7 times, pauses and this continues until I reset the machine. After reset it goes to rinse only...

Hi

Please check if the clean light is blinking 7 times. If yes then please reset the power to the dishwasher. After, 5 minutes check if you are still getting the same error. If yes, then it is a water heating fault. To resolve this error try pressing this reset sequence-- Heat Dry - Normal - Heat Dry - Normal or High Temp - Air Dry - High Temp - Air Dry.

If this doesn’t work then its an issue with the heater circuit, door switch, wash pump not pumping the water past the heater efficiently or due to lack of water to heat. Please make sure that heater is not open circuited and is heating the water efficiently. If heater is fine then make sure water pressure is optimum and fill valve is working fine.

Please post back for further assistance.

Hello,
The water which has activated the antiflood device is actually underneath the appliance it is held in the sump tray and this has to be drained before the A.F.D.will cancel. You will have to remove the dishwasher to get at the underneath but when you have got rid of the water you will still have to trace what caused it.The seal on the circulation pump could be a suspect or a pin hole in the drain hose.

Hope this helps.

I would advise you to check the drain outlet hose for a possible blockage, or the pump itself could be blocked or faulty.
Drain any surplus water in to a bucket or similar before removing hose or pump.
Also try resetting washer if there is a reset button, hold it in for at least 3 seconds, this should clear any programme held in the memory.
Hope this helps.

Water cooling noise

Could be air in the system which you would need to bleed out. Either that or a faulty pump.

Based upon your description, the drain pump has either failed or become clogged.
To check the pump, remove the bottom access panel. There you will find access to the pump clean-out.(Large,white screw cap) BE READY TO CATCH LOTS OF WATER. CAREFULLY AND S_L_O_W_L_Y unscrew the pump clean-out, catching and discarding the water. When the water flow finally stops, completely remove the clean-out filter. Inspect the clean-out filter, the drain hose from the tub as well as inside the pump impeller for any additional debris.... Hope this helps
