Cordless phone system does not record caller IDs

I can only tell you that I had similar problems with my Uniden system. My solution, after much frustration, was to buy a $25 AT&T answering machine and add it to the system. I then turned off the Uniden recording capability and for the last two years have been very happy. I use Firefox which has an extension (found as an add-on) called PriceBlink. Once I brought up the web page describing the answering machine, PriceBlink notified me that the best price was, not amazingly, was in Amazon dot com. PriceBlink also shows the price for S&H. If you use Chrome there is a similar extension whose name I have forgotten, but it is equally effective. I won't use IEx, so if you're looking for a best price and not using Firefox or Chrome I can't tell you how to find a best price, but just google "Telephone Answering Machine" (with the quotation marks) and see what's there. There aren't a lot of them - they're a dying breed. I've given up on Uniden. One of the satellite phones stopped working after about 18 months. I don't buy extended warranties, so that one was trashed.

How to convert picture to wbmp format to send sms.?

Try emailing it to yourself. Most phones with a data plan can send images to an email address instead of a phone number.
If the image is already on your computer simply do a 'save as' and use your email client to send the image to your phone. This link will tell you what the email address is for your phone depending on the cell phone service provider.

Vtech 5.8 digital spread spectrum answering machine the machine will not record a answer, it is flasing between a cl and a on the display

Your machine is set to Announce Only, where it announces you're not available but does not allow the caller to leave a message. To allow the caller to leave a message, switch your machine to Answer. I wish I could tell you exactly how to do that, but since you neglected to specify the model of your VTech 5.8GHz system I can only suggest you enter it into the search box at to download a copy of the manual.

"Extension in Use"

I found the solution accidentally. I just unplugged the phone from the jack and plugged it back in, and that did the trick.

AVAYA PARTNER ACS PHONE SYSTEM - Voicemail/Greeting capability

Yes you can have the 2 lines answered by a particular mailbox instead of the AA greeting.
Would need to know the model of the voicemail system that is installed to see if there are more than 1 AA menus.

Parasonic auto-logic answering machine

Hello, yes it sounds like your trying to connect a "analog device" to a "digital" telephone. If you wish to connect the answering machine to answer your line or lines, you should contact your facilities maintenance department and see if they can "hardwire" your telephone line (your primary phone number), to another jack in your office so your answering machine will work by being placed in "parallel" with your phone system and your primary phone number. If you have more than one phone line (number) you wish for the machine to answer, you will need to ask for a "analog extension" from your digital phone system and have it programmed to ring when any of your roll over lines ring. However, keep in mind the machine can only answer one call at a time, the other simultaneous callers will get a ring no answer until the first caller has hung up. Good luck, hoped to help. CG
