You did not specify which drivers you were needing.
This web site has drivers for XP and Vista 32 bit for your laptop. As with most laptops, there are multiple drivers for the same category of device - Wireless LAN has 3 different drivers for XP alone.
You will need to download ALL available drivers and try each one. The internal chipset is typically not listed and you will need to "guess" which driver will work. Downloading all and trying each one is the only sure way of getting the device to work.
