You'd need three hands to do all those things at the same time!
You can turn bluetooth on and off any time you like, but it doesn't have to be on to set up an internet connection unless your laptop is going to connect to your phone or some other device VIA bluetooth to get its connection.

There is a video driver error, possibly just a corrupt file. Not easy to repair! You may need to reload your OS.
Try F8 as windows boots and select Safe Mode. If you can get in that way, restore your machine to a previously known good restore point.

Bluetooth issue with laptop and cell phone

Turn on the bluetooth for both devices. Let the laptop or the cell 'discover' the other one. Your laptop should furnish you with a key code for input on your cell phone. Input this into your cell phone when prompted. Then, the cell phone should say it will have a connection with your laptop (you will provide a name). You should be able to transfer music from then

No power

In my searching for another problem, I read a lot of postings about Toshiba laptop computers and faulty power plugs (at the spot where you plug in your AC adapter into the computer). It seems to be some kind of universal problem with Toshiba and I think there was even a recall a while back because of this. I do not know if this is your problem, but it certainly sounds similar.

Make sure You have a Bluetooth device on your laptop[of course that is necessary].Now i recommend you to use WIDCOM bluetooth software. It is theeee best for bluetooth device handling.
Also make sure that the bluetooth device on your samsung blackjack is working. That can be done by asking your friend having a bluetooth enable phone to search for your mobile via bluetooth,be sure you turn on your bluetooth device on your mobile and make it visible to others.

Make sure after intalling the software (WIDCOM) the drivers are successfully intalled. Then pair it with your mobile. So simple isn't it

Please rate me my name is Karatela

I thought I had Bluetooth in my computer...

Yes, you can use bluetooth mobile devices. COM 3 os the port that the bluetooth uses to connect to a device. You can think of it like a wireless modem. You can also configure other COM ports for communication with bluetooth devices using the connection wizard. I would suggest not to do this unless you know what you doing. From my experiences with bluetooth devices they can b a little touchy, and you have to careful you don't want to pick a port that another program is already using. ConfigFree is capable of configuring this bluetooth connection, but there are also other programs out there that you can use as well.
