fuser sleeve can not turn around the rod. Check the flexible fuser heat sleeve. You need to disassemble the printer for this. If you get succeeded in opening printer properly. then check the heat sleeve and put silicon Oil around the rod to make the sleeve slippery. Paper cannot pass through the Rubber Rod and Heat Sleeve Rod.

There was a problem with teflon sleeve in hp 1020 printer. so i replaced new teflon sleeve. But after i replaced teflon sleeve i faced a new problem. that is, there is a noise just like a drum frictio

when replacing the Teflon sleeve did you clean the heating element? if so did you also re apply new fuser lube? this Lube is not a normal lube.. its a lube that is specifically manufactured for fuser units and Teflon sleeves.. you can buy it thru a Company called Precision Roller look them up on line

Shredded shiny paper

Hello,

The tan and black paper that is coming out of your printer is the Teflon fuser sleeve that has torn and coming apart. The fuser is the part of the printer that melts the toner onto the paper. The Teflon sleeve in the fuser is where the heat comes from. When the sleeve gets worn down it can tear and you get the little pieces coming out like you have. You will need to replace the fuser unit in the printer to correct this issue. The fusers are available from Amazon and other web sites and they are user installable. The part number is RG5-2657 or RG5-2661 either parts number will work in your unit.

HP 1300 -- toner is smudged along the left edge after crinkly sound

Hi:

This is a common problem with some HP printers. The fuser sleeve inside the fuser assembly gets torn along the edge and print can no longer be fused in that area and the paper will crinkle there. The only solution would be to replace the fuser, which for that printer it would not be worth repairing.

2 pages are accrdianed in the very back of the printer. I cannot see a way to open to get them out. Is this a case where I have to just pick them out?

Paper might be roller on teflon sleeve, take out fuser from the printer, remove paper gently to avoid damage to teflon, after removing the paper observe that is there toner particles deposited on teflon sleeve, if observed replace the teflon sleeve, other wise this problem will repeats again & again.
Note: for this process technical skills required.

How do i removed the fuser unit in my hp 3015 printer

Removing the Fuser in a HP 3015 printer is a delicate task that requires a lot of the printer to be disassembled. This type of repair is not recommended for anyone who is not well-versed in technical repairs. Because it is not an easy task to complete, the manufacturer (HP) does not recommend end-users performing such a task, as it is easily damaged and is not designed to be repaired.
However, if you wish to attempt the repair anyway, here are some instructions for how to do it: Fuser sleeves come with NO instructions, but you will need to remove one plastic guide that is held onto the fuser with a single screw. Release the two pressure springs, and then lift the assembly with the sleeve free on the non-gear end. Remove the black plastic guide from the end (gently pulling) and then slide the old sleeve off. Slide the new one on, and reinstall the black end-cap. Next replace the assembly, springs, and guide, and the refer back to the manual for reassembly. Although there does not seem to be any videos for performing the replacement fuser in an HP 3015 printer (Online), here is link to a similar printer manufactured by HP that may help with understanding how to replace the fuser.

HP LaserJet 1300 Printer: black vertical lines on both side of paper

for this model.. first check if your toner cart is good.. if it's good.. then the cause of your problem is your printer fuser sleeve.. fuser is where the paper is heated up.. and when you start having dirty line print out.. it show that the fuser sleeve(top part of the fuser) is torn..
if you send to HP.. they will probably charge you the whole fuser.. which is expensive.. you can always replace the fuser sleeve only..and it cost not much.. you can always replace it by yourself if you are able to remove the fuser unit..other thing.when you switch on the printer, can you hear sound like paper been crumble at the exit of the printer?

My printer, canon IR2016, is showing Error E007; how can i fix it?

Hello:

There is a window on the film sleeve of the IR that passes through a sensor board and lets the machine know that its rotating. If the window gets coated with toner, film sleeve gets torn, sleeve does not rotate or the sensor board is defective it generates a E007. On Canons, E007 Nearly always,if not always, refers to the fixing unit film assembly.. If you are not experienced with this unit it can be difficult..
In another words the fuser fixing film is either not turning or torn and needs to be replaced. you can try and reset the error code in service mode and see if it will work. If that didn't work , then I recommend calling Canon support .

PLEASE DON'T FORGET TO RATE !

good luck .

Torn gray and brown colored plastic came out of the printer and gives dirty print-outs

Hello,

The gray/brown colored plastic is actually the teflon sleeve from the fuser unit in the printer. The fuser is the part that heats up and melts the toner onto the paper. Your fuser sleeve has torn and is being ripped every time you try to print and pieces are coming out causing the bad print. You will need to replace the fuser, the part number is FG6-7947-150 you can order one from several places on the internet.

I hope this helps, If so please rate my solution.
