Most likely the ram memory is bad, or the windows file system is corrupted. test the ram with memtest86 (http://www.memtest86.com/) and/or replace it. if the ram is good, all you can do is backup the files and reinstall windows. to reinstall windows, use your disks, or press one of the following keys when the computer boots up:
sony = F10
hp = F11
