Headset is paired okay, is recognized by phone and incoming calls go to the headset, but I can't hear anything. I have tried pairing and unpairing it, resetting my phone (Treo), muting and unmuting, turning the thing on and off, I can't find an answer.

Everything works fine. I can hear the person I am connected with, but they cannot hear me. Solutions?

I have been able to pair the headset fine, can hear whomever I'm calling without any issues but can not be heard. I have tried the mute solution and that did not resolve the problem. I do have to say when attempting to mute or unmute, I only hear one beep - not two. Any help wuld be appreciated. Thanks.

I have the same problem. The unit used to work. Pairs ok, beep tones come thru the ear peace but not conversations. I have cycled the mute button both directions and with all due respect - the mute button is for muting your outgoing voice so that you can switch to a private local conversation without breaking the phone connection.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Did you check that you didn't activate mute?
If it is on mute. Press both volume buttons at the same time you will hear two descending audio tones.

Constant beeping in bluetooth, and will let me use voice command to call but not text.

Cathy

This headset doesn't work natively for voice dictation unless you initiate listing via your phone. There are specific headsets that do facilitate voice to text but it is specific headsets with certain phones and may require an additional app.

Sound Still Play through Speakers when Headset Connected

Most computers will only pair this earpiece as a headset for voice calls. You need to make sure the headset is paired with your device as both a phone headset and media headset. Check your settings on your computer or smartphone to make sure it is paired properly to play media sound.

1. Turn on Bluetooth headset and Blackberry hand-held.

3. Add your Bluetooth headset to your Blackberry by clicking on Add Device in the Bluetooth window

4. Find and select the name of your Bluetooth headset from the list that appears. The Blackberry will search for all Bluetooth devices within range, so other devices might show up on the list

Connection

Begin with your headset turned off. Then, press and hold the answer/end button until the indicator light is solid lit in blue. It is in paring mode. Now, make your phone's bluetooth application search for new devices. After a while, the BT-350 should appear on-screen. Select it and make the application proceed. If a pairing code (or PIN, or passkey) is requested, enter '0000' (four zeros). If the pairing proces is successful, the headset should enter stand-by mode. The pairing process is timed. If you fail to complete it, you'll have to start it over, from the phone turned off phase. Once paired, whenever both your headset and your phone's bluetooth radios are turned on, they should connect to each other automatically. Otherwise, just press the answer/end button, and the link should be done again. In this case, it might be prudent to place the headset in your ear and check if the voice channel has been actevated (you can actually hear it). If so, either press the answer/end button again, or turn your phone off (i.e. just put it in stand-by), and make sure the voice channel has been cut off. The bluetooth connection will still be in stand-by.
Hope you are able to sort your problems out.

Cheers! Carlos
