Question about Computers & Internet
Go to device manager, and check is it installed.
if it is, you can download a freeware program YAWCAM.
If it isn't go to manufacturers web site, and there you can download the drivers for your camera

1. Please check in the Device Manager if the Camera is listed next to Imaging Device.
Press the Windows Logo+R key, it will open the RUN command window. In RUN command window type 'devmgmt.msc' and press the Enter key to open the Device Manager.
2. If the Camera is not listed in the Device Manager window, then reset the BIOS to default values and then try installing the Camera Driver or Camera Software.
NOTE: Disconnect all the external peripherals connected to the Computer except AC Adapter, then start the Computer and press the F2 or DEL key as soon as the Computer starts and the ACER logo appears to access the BIOS Setup screen.
Then, on the BIOS Setup screen, press the F9 key followed by the Enter key to reset the BIOS to default values and then press the F10 key to Save and Exit from the BIOS screen.
IMP: The Basic Input/Output System(BIOS) is a set of instructions stored on a ROM chip which handles all input-output functions. The BIOS communicates between the Operating System and the Computer's Hardware. Resetting the BIOS will reset the Hardware configuration to setup default values and data in the Computer will not be lost.
3. If the Camera is not listed in the "Device Manager" window even after resetting the BIOS to default values and re-installing the Camera Drivers and Software, then the Computer requires service to resolve the issue.
