I`ve repaired a few of and its almost allways the same problem. The antenna on the transmitter (the one attached to you belt) breaks off inside at the base. If you`re handy with a soldering iron you can take the back cover off and remove the antenna for replacement or in some case cut off the broken part and re-solder the rest but it might affect the range.
And by the way this is for the flexible antenna. Hope this help. good luck

Sorry, that will not work. Typically, it is not possible to use one manufacturers transmitter with another manufacturers receiver. The two manufacturers use different tone-key squelch, different noise reduction, and different companding schemes.

1) Make certain the bodypack is turned on. The LED on the bodypack should be green.
2) Make certain the battery door is OPEN.
3) Point the batteries toward the receiver (6 to 8 inches away).
4) Press and release the Sync button on the receiver.

Should I run my guitar through the High z aux. Or the low z balanced for best results ?

I assume you are wanting to connect the output of the receiver into the input of your guitar amp. Use the 1/4" output on the receiver to the 1/4" input on your guitar amp.

What jack is compatible to laptop using shure

You have to connect the unbalanced output (the 6.3mm jack) to the laptop's line in (or mic with setting the rec level at very low settings) 3.5mm jack. In details the wiring should be as follows:
6,3mm jack shield to 3,5mm jack shield
6,3mm jack ring to 3,5mm jack shield
6,3mm jack tip to 3,5mm jack tip and ring

In case of a problem or clarification, don't hesitate to post.

Shure SM2 Headset/Mic wiring

Headset connection: Blue wire to Pin 2, White wire to Pin 1, Yellow wire to Pin 3. Connect Pins 1 & 2.
Microphone connection: Black wire to Pin 3. Red wire to Pin 2. Ground wire to Pin 1.
I am using a male/female 7-pin XLR connector assembly to black box. I am using two 3-pin XLR connectors, one for SM2 microphone function, one for SM2 headset function.
