Question about Dell Computers & Internet
Is it a usb keyboard? usb keyboard support is probably off in the bios, so it will not recognise it untill windows loads driver for it. if you have an older keyboard around with the old purple PS2 plug on it, that should work for you to get into the bios. then turn on USB keyboard and mouse support.
