Dcp 130c cant transfer plain data. Its a pic bridge (digital camera standard) connection only.

You have to use your PC USB.

I have a dsc-w150 digital camera, no usb cord. how can i transfer my pictures to laptop?

You'll need a card reader to transfer the data to your PC.
These days most laptops and printer has built in card reader. But since Sony camera's use memory stick, some of them don't support memory stick. So,
  • First check whether or not your printer or laptop has memory stick support, if has then use it to transfer you images. Otherwise you've to purchase a memory card reader with memory stick read support[should be available on any nearby electronic shop].
  • Then remove your memory stick from your camera and connect it with your laptop.
  • Open the memory card and copy your images.

How to download psp games into my pc

Hi there, I came across an article which explains how to transfer PSP Data to your PC.

The PSP can function as a USB Memory Stick Duo reader. Using this functionality, you can copy pictures, audio, and other content to and from your Memory Stick Duo. To access the Memory Stick Duo in your PSP from your PC, you'll need a USB cable that has a "Mini-B" connector (common for digital cameras) and a "Standard-A" connector (common for printers, etc). Plug the Mini-B side into the top of your PSP and the Standard-A side into your PC. From the PSP software, navigate to the top of the settings list and select "USB Connection." Your PC (Windows/Mac/Linux) should detect a new "Removable Disk Drive" that you can then access.
In order to be able to use your new memory stick on your PSP, you'll have to format it. When you format your memory stick, the formatting will create a set of new folders on your PSP: GAME, MUSIC, PHOTO, and SAVEDATA.
This process will greatly depend on which software you use to extract zip files. WinRAR for instance offers the "extract here" option, which will simply extract the contents of a zip file to it's current directory.
Just copy the folder you have just extracted, and paste it into the PSP's "SAVEDATA" folder. But, BEWARE!, to any folder overwrite warnings! Because the PSP save game folders use the same names for the same games, copying folders into these locations could lead to lost data. For this reason, we recommend that you backup your old save games before overwriting them. For Example, I would simply rename a folder like "ULPS0004" to "ULPS0004_backup."
Because your PSP has been in USB Mode throughout this process, just push X to exit. Then you can safely disconnect your PSP from your PC.
To verify the integrity of the SAVE GAME data you have just transferred, use the PSP's built-in Save Data Utility. Select it from the "Game" menu.

You can use a USB flash memory stick. Plug it into the computer where the photos are located and copy the photo to the USB memory stick. Then remove the USB memory stick and insert it into the laptop and copy the photos from the USB memory stick to the laptop.

How to scan photos from a scanner on to a memory stick I want to transfer old photos on to a memory stick to use with my digital photo frame

First, make sure the scanner is connected to your PC via USB cable.
Hopefully the scanner software is already installed on your PC, your scanning should automatically show up on your PC screen.
From there, save to Memory Stick and you should be able to view it on your digital photo frame.

What scanner model and brand do you have by the way?

Can I transfer photos and videos from a memory stick to a DVD and how? Thereafter I want to delete files from memory stick for future use.

I assume you have a dvd burner and software to accomplish this. But most burning software will allow you to put what ever data you like on a dvd, pictures, music, video, etc.
The software may ask you at some point, what kind of dvd you are trying to make, and there should be some option labelled something similar to "data".

Have a new sony dsc-w120 cyber shot camera. first digital camera and have no clue. also have memory stick duo. can i transfer pictures directly from the camera to my mac computer using usb...

Camera has small inbuilt memory that can store few pictures. You can copy these photos in memory stick by inserting memory stick in camera, go to Menu >> Copy >> Yes.
Memory stick stores many photos depends on its size and let memory stick in camera, hook it with computer and transfer photos from memory card.

Importing data from stick to computer - deleting data on stick

Yeah, all you have to do is delete all the pictures on the card. It's easiest to do on your computer, not the camera. Just put the memory stick back into your computer and find all the pictures and select and delete them. If you've already transfered them to your computer then don't worry about it. If you delete the photos off the stick, they will NOT be deleted from your computer so just go ahead and do it.
