Question about Acer Aspire E700 PC Desktop
That's the famous BSOD (Blue Screen Of Death). You don't say what version of Windows you are using. If you press the F8 key as soon as the machine's completed its POST (Power On Self Test) you might get to a Windows menu that allows you to try either the last known-good configuration or Safe Mode. Alternatively you might be able to either repair the installation or restore it to an earlier configuration. If you need more help, let me know what version of Windows you have.
