That's the famous BSOD (Blue Screen Of Death). You don't say what version of Windows you are using. If you press the F8 key as soon as the machine's completed its POST (Power On Self Test) you might get to a Windows menu that allows you to try either the last known-good configuration or Safe Mode. Alternatively you might be able to either repair the installation or restore it to an earlier configuration. If you need more help, let me know what version of Windows you have.

Get back the Quick Launch bar Windows 7's new taskbar functions as a program...

Get back the Quick Launch bar Windows 7's new taskbar functions as a program launcher as well as task switcher. As a result, the old Quick Launch bar, the area on the left side of the taskbar that contained shortcuts for frequently used programs, has been banished. However, if you really miss the little applet, you can add it back. Here's how to do it:

1. Right-click the taskbar and choose Toolbars --> New Toolbar.

2 . You'll be asked to select a folder for where the new toolbar should live. In the Folder text box at the bottom of the dialog box, enter this text:
%userprofile%\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Quick Launch
After you do that, click Select Folder. A link for the Quick Launch bar will be added to the taskbar. It will be on the right of the taskbar, just to the left of the Notification area.

It's not particularly useful docked all the way to the right with no application icons showing, so we're going to have to do a bit of work on it to make it useful. Right-click the taskbar and, in the pop-up menu, remove the check next to "Lock the taskbar." Now right-click Quick Launch and remove the checks next to Show Text and Show Title.

Once you've done that, drag the vertical triple dotted line next to the Quick Launch bar to the left until you expose its icons. To prevent further changes, right-click the taskbar and check Lock the taskbar.

You can now use the Quick Launch bar as you could in Windows XP and Vista, including adding icons to it and deleting them.

Magic tool

You can use the Margue tool to cut a Rectangle or Elliptical shape. This is the tool with a dashed Rectanle on your toolbox. You can right click the Rectangle to reach the dropdown menu to select the Ellipse.

You can use the Lasso and trace carefully around the shape free hand, or the Polygon Lasso to trace around the shape. With the Polygon Lasso, you can click once to place and anchor then click again to draw another anchor with a line between that and the first. Repeat until you reach back to the first anchor.

You can use the Quick Selection tool to 'brush' over an area to select it. You can change the shape and size of the brush in the options. You can also set it to add to the selected area or retract from the selected area.

Finally, there is magic wand tool. You can click an are in the picture and it will select all surrounding pixels that are within a similarity threashold. You can change this threashold in the options at the top of the canvis. You can also choose whether you are adding to the selection or retracting, as with the quick selection tool.

Power point blinking after shutdown

I suggest that you do a system restore to a time when the problem was still not there. TO do system restore, follow the following steps:
1. Windows Button or Start
2. Programs
3. Accessories
4. System Tools
5. System Restore
Select a date when the problem was still not there. Launch the restoration. Wait for it to complete the restoration.
Check if the problem is fixed. Please come back to me if there are still some issues.

If you have sent troubleshooting report to futura-support and their reply didn't help, ask for remote session with support center. Otherwise launch troubleshooting utility and send its report to support. It is difficult to determine a root of the problem without info about machine model, software version, firmware version, pc configuration etc.
