When printing out anything on the xerox WorkCentre M15/M15i it seems to have printed out fine, until the paper is touched. Than in one long area down the whole part of the paper, the ink can be wiped away. However it is only in the one vertical section.

Re: Ink toner problem?
No, that is not the ink, That is a fuser problem.
The fuser needs to be replaced.
It is a very easy repacement. Cost is between 170-200 dollars if you don't have a service agreement.
One of the two rollers in the fuser has a problem and is not making good enough contact to fuse the image.

Do not only lubricate metal shafts, but promptly lubricate the "pulleys" on the right and left side. the will look very similar to a wheek and pulley mechanism. The squeal happens when one "bar" connects two "wheels" and one side moves faster than the other.
Xeror does not list a Mac driver for this unit. There is a Xerox Global print Driver, which supposedly "drives " all Xeror printers. But again I do not know if it will work on Mac's.There is a phone for this driver support @ 18773626567
In machine settings there is a setting for the USB port , it has a fast and slow setting. The M15 technically is not a intended to be a network printer. You can look into hooking it up to a pocket pro device which is a small print server. There are other products that you can use to set up that, way.
