Thomson dt 1000 Digital terrestial receiver
Cannot get the thing to power up. I can hear the internal fan but no light on the front panel (usually a red or green LED). Have disconnected from power supply and reconnected. Same problem. I'm wondering if it has got itself confused whilst downloading updates and gone into some sort of "sleep" mode. Does anybody know how I can wake the thing up????

- After a power cut. My Thonpson Digital Recorder will not power up. I don't even have any lights come on. It appears to be totally dead.We have occassionally had power cuts, but this has never hapenned before. We have about 10-15 hours, including a complate series on the memory and I fear that it may all be lost. Even my son's Bear Behaving badly!
Can anybody suggest a solution to me? Or am I going to have to tell my son the bad news.
