Question about NetGear RangeMax NEXT WNR834B Wireless Router
Router is not getting or receiving a signal. It is not even displaying a power signal and looks as if no power is getting to the router.
Check the power adapter plug with a multi-meter. The voltage at the plug should be slightly higher then the voltage that is printed on the label on the bottom of the adapter.
If you get a very low or zero voltage, then the adapter is faulty and needs to be replaced.
