You may have inadvertently knocked the air hose loose on your pressure switch inside the control panel. The following link explains:

Remove the back of the control panel, or lift the console and inspect the pressure switch to make sure the clear plastic air hose is still attached. The pressure switch will be located behind the load level selector knob. With the hose removed, the water will not shut off.

If you have questions, please let me know. I hope this helps you.

Kenmore Washer only leaking from one area

Ive never worked on a Kenmore but it may just be the overflow outlet. All washing machines have an overflow which will dump water out from the top of the tub if it overfills but sometimes on high fill water level, clothes can splash around and cause a "wave" of water to splash out over the overflow outlet. Check to see if the leak only occurs when you have selected high level fill.

My kenmore washer model number 110. 92573210 washer seems fine it just will not drain, is this the water pump?

Check back of washe with a flashlight for a bent or clogged drain hose. Do not move washer to check it. When you move it , it will straighten out and you will never know if it was bent
Also while it is pumping , pick up end of drain hose at drain and observe the volume of water being pumped.
If no water then the Pump may need replaced

Any way to bypass the W10156252 pressure switch? The OEM part number is now W10415587, and is not available until August, 2011. The wiring diagram doesn't give details of the switch. Model...

No you cant bypass the switch. what it does is to stop the flow of water comming in to the washer.
if you short it out water will not turn off and it will overflow. it you open it up you will get no water.
Are you sure the switch is bad. A common problem is that the hose that it is attached to it gets plugged up. have you tried to blow through the hose to see if it is clear.

Hope this answers all your questions

After the washer machine fills with water it does not drain or spin, the clocking mechinism /switch does not match the cycle.

Look for signs of a broken lidswitch.
Flip up the controls unplug the lidswitch and check it for continuity or jump it out to see if the washer will start working. As far as the dial indicator being broken To replace that you yank out the retaining rod in the rear to release the knob then you can replace the skirt easily2cc26e6.jpg

I have a Kenmore series 80 Model 110 washer that drips inot the tub after the cycle. It's not a problem if I get the clothes out immediately. The leak seems to be getting worse. Any ideas on a solution?

Replace the water inlet valve on the back where the water hoses connect to the washer. It isn't sealing good. You may have to remove the top to access it.

I have a kenmore model 110 and it is overfilling the water doesn't stop and it overflows, flooding my basement.

Pull the top of your washer off, look on the tub and you will see a round plastic reservoir. You will see a plastic tube come out and to to the control panel. Make sure that hose is attached at the tub and the pressure sensor.
