Poor quality of Body colour and switch coating

They are disposable items, very poorly designed and bad quality. I had a great set early 90's, they failed so I bought another set around 2010. The hissed even when turned off so I donated them!. I bought a pair of Bowers and Wilkins MM1. A whole different ball game in quality, sound and a lifetime warranty. The problem is getting into them as they have secret hidden plastic catches. Go around the seam in the body with a spudger to look for the catches.

If your car is covered by new car manufacturer warranty of 3 years or whatever period and you make a claim on that warranty within the warranty period the obligation of the manufacturer is subject to the terms and conditions of the warranty.

If you have failed to abide by a condition of the warranty a warranty claim can be rejected. You need to read the warranty term and conditions carefully.


If the renault warranty provides that the company will cover any major deterioration in the body work, such as rust, not caused by owner use, owner neglect , owner misuse and similar then you have a sound claim. But you need to read the exclusions carefully.

As for mechanical servicing, this is entirely irrelevent to body work surface deterioration as being late for a scheduled service has no bearing on what happens to the body work on the car. You could have had all mechanical services done on time and still had exactly the same issue with the body work occur when it did. Some issues can be directly subject to having mechanical servicing done on time because failure of on time mechanical servicing can be the direct cause or contributing cause of an issue.

You should not have any rust issues in a properly cared for new car still under warranty and if you do it will be a manufacturer quality control issue. When you had your mechanical servicing done is quite unrelated to and cannot be the cause of the problem.
Similarly, if your windscreen cracks because of poor quality glass or excessive body flexing in the vehicle that is unrelated to when you had your mechanical servicing carried out.

From the very little information you have provided, and if your car is under new car warranty it does appear that the manufacturer is looking for any sliver of an excuse not to rectify the issue. The dealership is in their hands for a decision . But it is also possible that the company will not pay the dealer sufficient cash to carry out the work needed and so in that event the dealer might be trying to fob you off because generally they make very little profit, if any profit, from genuine warranty work.

As mentioned before, the terms and conditions of your new car warranty is the important factor so check them carefully.

this has been a problem since the 80`s and it was caused by the top sealing clear coat not being mixed properly or the wrong/inferior clear coat was being used and not enough applied when the car was being painted. manufactures felt any where they could save a penny was more in their pocket. it affected some cars and not others for some reason and no they do not feel responsible for the problem.

clean the print head 3 times,then realign the head .these are done by printer utility software given with the printer.
Even not ok.
Then Replace the New Catridge.(manufactured from within 3 of 4 months).because the ink will be dried with in 6 month.So Buy Carefully with Mfd Date.

It's a EPSON printer, you have to use it at least twice a month, otherwise the ink on the print heads will dry and clog them. If the printer cleaning process doesn't solve the issue, you'll have to take it to the service center to get the print heads replaced.
