1st: Call ur service provider if what thet= could offer.
2nd: Call your insurance company(if u have one)
3rd: send the phone to Samsung, but you need to call them first.

Type in the phone *#06#, like you're going to call someone.
The IMEI/serial number will show up. Write this down, then call AT&T at 800.331.0500 and they will give you the code.

go to your inbox. then open a message and on the volume key just push it like if your going to turn the volume up. the volume key changes the size of font
