I have a mr slim r410a air conditioner. I keep up with filter changes but I still get an inordinate amount of dust all over my house. Anyone know what the problem might be?

Does your air condition have switch or some kind slider that has inside air or outside air on the unit, cause if its on outside air intake then that's why you have dust coming thru your air con and throwing dust cool air around your unit or house, switch it back to inside air to forever keep out that dust....!!!!! Thank You

My DVD keep spending and it won't start I cleaned it but nothing happened

see the next steps and fix it. God bless you
Clean the objective lens:
  1. Remove the housing and lift the hold-down clamp to expose the lens.
  2. Remove dust with canned air or soft brush. If needed, use a foam swab or a camera-lens tissue dampened with lens fluid.

Clean a DVD disc:
  1. Hold the disc by its central hub and outside edge.
  2. Blow dust from the bottom surface with a can of compressed air.
  3. Clean dirt and fingerprints from the bottom surface with a lint-free cloth dampened with CD/DVD-cleaning fluid or denatured alcohol, wiping from the center outward.

I am replacing the bulb in my three year old DLP television. The replacement is straight forward. I wanted to know if there is any preventative maintenance I should do to the mirrors, lenses, or cleaning...

No. Just keep you house clean and vacuum often . Keeping dust and dirt to a minimum is the best way of keeping the fans in the tv from drawing that dust and dirt into the tv. Also cigarette smoke will destroy this type of tv. If you ever get a dark spot in the picture it may be dust on the lense. You can dust the lense with only a microfiber rag.

Lense will not come out and camera says 'ZOOM ERROR'

It seems that the lens has got stuck inside the housing due to most likely some sand or dust having got lodged between the lens casing and the housing inner wall. What you can do is to use the vacuum to **** the dust out or the hair dryer to blow the dust out from the lens well. And also keep trying to power on the camera so that the little push from the motor may help the dust to come out.

If i let my proform 400e crosswalk plug in for long time the display dont work.

It sounds like the display is overheating, look for an opening around the housing and check that for dust. The vent holes that are there to keep the temperature down might be clogged by dust etc, this will cause overheating and malfunctiion.

Good luck and please rate, thank you!

The lens is extended and when I power up I get zoom error and it then powers down

It seems that there is some dust particles lodged between the lens housing and the body in the lens well. This can be removed with the use of the vacuum cleaner to pullout the dust from there. Also keep powering on and off the camera as you vacuum it. If the problem still persists then the rack and pinion would have to be taken care of, which is a specialists job as that would require special tools and expertise.

My powereshot sd870 LS digital camera work.lens wont close it says "lenserror, restart camera"..what to do?

It seems that there is some spec of dust thats lodged between the lens housing and the camera body. If you use your vacuum cleaner to pull the dust out while trying to shut it down, the dust may come out and the lens housing will start moving thus completing the process of shut down.

Stactic electricity attracts dust in all sets so if there was someway you could blow dust away from set like small fan. It will not get 100% and may not even 60% but any bit helps. You can't keep all dust from them so try your best to keep clean dust regular in back. Hope this helps!
