Question about HP Compaq Business d530 Small Form Factor PC Desktop
On bootup and when trying to play a CD, I get no sound. I used to be able to here the windows startup sound when the computer is booting up, and I used to be able to play a CD. Now there is no sound, unless I hook up a speaker.
Check the audio setting in the volume control in the accessories folder in the start menu. make sure that all of the audio channels are switcched on, and thaty none of them are muted. If this does not work, try uninsztalling the audio device in the Device Manager, and restart.
