Question about Creative Labs Nomad Jukebox Zen Xtra MP3 Player
Hi. While loading some music from my pc to the Zen the Zen's battery went flat (my fault obviously) and now it only shows a small fraction of the music that used to be on it (it was pretty full). Although the Creative software still shows it as only having around 2800mb free, the artists / album listings are greatly reduced. I figured that resetting it and letting it rebuild the library would solve the problem but it only attempts to rebuild the library for a short while before stopping and reverting to the main menu, and the situation remains unchanged.
Any ideas? Thanks.
I suspect you got a corrupt file when it shutdown and when it cleaned it up it took most of the songs with it.
