My boiler lights up,stays on for 1 minute then cutts out...

My boiler Heatline Vizo24 lights up,stays on for 1 minute then cutts out for few minutes and so on. some radiators remain cold, others are luke warm and the water is luke warm too. the system has been cleaned with x400 twice in last 2 months. while its lit, the red lights all light up in turn and when it gets to end, lights go out one by one until it gets to ''Bar pressure'' light and then it cuts out.Pressure display shows no drops.

SOURCE: heating pressure gauge goes up

yes tami
there should be a pressure rellief valve fitted.
it also sounds like the heat exchanger is blocked if the hot water is not as good as it used to be and the boiler reaches temperature too quickly then there is scale in the heat exchanger and needs to be cleaned or replaced

SOURCE: hot water

there are two main faults with combi boilers not giving hot water. one is a faulty flow sensor, the other is the most common which is a blocked heat exchanger caused by debris and scale in the system. this needs to be flushed out or may require a new heat exchanger depending on the age and condition of the boiler some plumbers may suggest a new boiler.

Boiler recycling when in DHC mode and water alternates hot then cold, back to hot every few minutes. Could it be pressure / flow rate.

First check pressure over 1 bar ok then-
1. check flow - is it adequate - a little less than the cold tap ok then -
2. does the boiler initially fire up on low hot flow but alternate as u say
If answers are 1. no but 2. yes then check for a furred up secondary heat exchanger
if 1. yes but 2. no [that is the water not the heating] goes hot / cold and if the boiler goes out when the water goes to cold then it's the diverter valve, either to replace or if it is one which has a internal diaphragm-replace that

Very Hot water coming out of overflow pipe

Is your boiler heating your domestic hot water if so i would turn water off to water maker and see if your boiler pressure stays down below 20 psi. If so water maker is bad. The other thing that could cause this problem would be the boiler pump is out.
