Hi, I bought a new power supply for my playstation 3 and it still does not come on

Hi Noel.
you could try this.
Turn off the PlayStation 3 by holding the Power button on the front of the unit till the Power light is red. Touch and hold the Power button (do not remove your finger from the button). You will hear the first beep, meaning the PlayStation 3 is powering on.
If this does not work go to this link might help you out.

The screen and standby light dont work but touch sensitive buttons still beep

Look for any loose contacts in power outlet, RC Jack, cable and connectors. In order to ensure, it is not caused by the input device, connect a DVD player and see.

Switch off TV, switch off power, remove plug and wait for 48 hours and retry. If problem persists, I suggest it is better to refer it to a qualified service technician, since the back cover has to be opened for investigation/rectification.

Pioneer Dv 285 powers down after 15sec

Hi There, I've got the same problems with my DV 285. My power started going off approximately 5 to 10 minutes into the DVD. The only button that seems to work is the OPEN/CLOSE button. Once the tray closes, the unit shuts off. I can't even use the on/standby button to turn it on.

My coby mp3 player will not turn on

I had the same issue with mine. Upon opening the unit, I found that one of the solders for the power switch was broken. A touch of solder fixed the problem.

My mp3 player wont work

ok! easy solution for you^^ 1) Make sure your Zen is powered OFF. if the blue light is on and won't turn off, here's what you do: set the hold button at the top of the player to the ORANGE position, then hold your power button for 3 seconds. the keypad will flash and your player will power down. 2) push in the reset button with a pin or other fine implement. the reset button is located on the bottom of the unit, right next to the connector. your player should power up as normal now. charge it fully! your computer should be able to read it during it's charge as long as you leave it powered on^^ I hope this helps you^^
