From my search on it, it is not a wireless router.
This means you need to attach a hub or a wireless router to your cable modem so that more than one computer can connect to the internet simultaneously.
Go out and buy a wireless router. Connect the wireless router to your cable modem.

Well it should work on all the computers. There might be some problem with the wireless connection. You said the wireless works on all the other computers . that means the wireless router is working fine. If your wireless network is secured then make sure that you have the correct network key / password. Check the IP address on your wireless computer . Is there any static IP address on the computer. Click Here for step by step instructions
You will need to check the wireless settings of the router. You said that it works only with the ethernet connection but not with the wireless connection. Check the IP address of the computer when it is connected with the cable to the router. note down the default gateway number. Open the set up interface of your router with the Default gateway number. once you are able to open the set up interface of your router, you will be able to change the wireless settings of the router. after that you will need to conncet to the wireless network on your laptop.
Trying cloning the mac address some isp's have started blocking home networks by requiring only one mac address the option to clone it should be in your routers wireless settings.
The proper procedure in any router based network is to get the router on the network first. Plug it into the online cable modem and boot it up. Let it sit for a minute and then boot up wired computers one at a time. Use one of the wired PC's to get into the routers GUI (eg. 192.168.1.1) and see if WiFi is turned on and the permissions or wireless access is not being blocked by any security settings like MAC address or IP filters. It should be wide open. You dont need ANY drivers for a router on a PC unless they are USB drivers for a USB connection straight to the router, never seen one but I have seen a cable modem/router that had a USB connection. If your laptop has a USB wireless device, you need to load the drivers for that onto your laptop, but if it is using the built in ethernet port on the rear or a PC card ethernet card, you just need to plug the ethernet cable to the rear of the router and boot up. Make sure your ethernet device is enabled in windows and you should be good to go. After you gain access to the internet on the wireless device, get back into your router, prefferably on the wired computer and lock your network down with security measures like MAC address filtering, WEP, or other means.
You don't use a modem to connect with a wireless router. Connect an ethernet cable between the laptop and the router to ensure that both are working. If this gives you an internet connection then the commonest problem is an incorrect wireless key. Reset the key on the router then cut and paste it into the wireless network setup in the Control Panel. Wireless drivers are frequently updated and you should check for a newer driver.
