Question about Dynex 32 in. LCD Flat-Panel HDTV
The symptom you describe would point to a failed video driver circuit and these are now often integrated with the display panel itself and the ICs were placed by robots and nearly impossible to replace by hand due to pin spacing.
I would recommend you contact the manufacturer directly, describe the problem as you have here, and ask them about repair costs.
