Question about Transcend 4GB JetFlash 110 USB 2.0 Flash Drive (TS4GJF110) Media
I have a flashdrive that will not open. It says that it needs to be formatted. Is there any way for me to open it so that I can get my stuff off of it before I have to format it?
This is a problem with these flashdrives. Unless you use the correct procedure to remove them from the computer, there are all the chances that it will get corrupted and have to be thrown away, should that happen. What you do is that you use it on a different computer. A third or a fourth computer. Wherever it works copy the data and format it. If you fell that you have had enough, then throw it away. But, it should work on a different computer, so the time to throw it away should not come, hopefully.
