Disconnect wires, remove bracket bolts, pull out element. You may have a little more access by removing the rear panel. There are many videos on youtube and howstuffworks.com that will show you how to do this.

no it does not did you change correct limiter double ovens have up to 3 and they all operate at different values.

NEmmake sure you removed the correct item first
replace the oven element, located at the rear of the oven compartment, behind a removeable cover.
