Could be a bad water solenoid. Could also be because it needs to be cleaned. If there is ice stuck to the evaporator, the hot gas bypass is not working. Try cleaning the unit first.

My water reservoir on my auto ice maker is full but won't dispense water or ice - what is wrong?

If your ice maker isn't producing ice at all or is producing crescents or cubes that are smaller than usual, it's typically indicative of a clog somewhere along the supply line. Cause: A common cause for a clog is frozen water in the line. Fix: To repair a frozen line, slide the refrigerator and unplug it.

Cooling capacity of ICEU220HA1

Do you mean the Ice-o-Matic ICEU220HA1? I can't find a listing for this model specifically. However, I found data on the ICEU220 on the manufacturer's support site: https://www.iceomatic.com/servicesupport . Using the drop-down menu on the left and then pressing search, I found the manual and service documents here: https://www.iceomatic.com/servicesupport/select?sku=ICEU220%2F226%2F225 . The direct link to the manual is https://iom-stage.azurewebsites.net/getattachment/3d34634e-51f8-40c9-bc7d-ca0c4e6af435/ICE-Install-Manual-11-2016-(1) . The manual indicates that the A means that this is an air-cooled ice maker and the 1 indicates the design version.

The specifications sheet has more information. The ICEU220A (air-cooled) uses about 4,609 BTU per hour (depending on the air and water temperature). It uses 8.8 kWH of power to make 100 pounds of ice. The specifications sheet is available here: http://iceomatic.kclcad.com/Mobile . Scroll down the left column to find the ICEU220HA. The direct link to the specifications sheet is currently http://iceomatic.kclcad.com/ViewFile/IC/ICEU220HA/SpecSheets/ICEU220-Cube_1020 , according to my browser history.

I hope this helps.

The Ice machine wont produce ice.

here are some things to try first before calling repair person.
unplug the unit, if you can remove the unit , do it., IF NOT, JUST REMOVE THE ICE TRAY UNIT, leave unplugged for 30 minutes.
make sure the water is following, see if you get cold glass of water, this means the system has water, and IF NOT, check the line frozen or damaged,
after 30 minutes plug the unit back in, install the ice tray properly secured in place, make sure the leaver flush against the ice maker
it may take 1 hour or more and go look see if it producing ice
if it is not producing ice than call a repair person.

My ice smells moldy

Icemakers need to be cleaned about every 90 days, especially if it is a bin type unit that holds recirculated water in a tank which is then pumped over a grate to make ice. You didn't indicate what type of ice maker you have. Many manufacturer produce a cleaning produce for their ice makers. Here is a link to the Whirlpool/Kitchen Aid product:
http://www.amazon.com/Whirlpool-4396808-Machine-Cleaner-16-Ounce/dp/B001ECQ1YM/ref=sr_1_1/177-5038340-6980446?ie=UTF8&qid=1397503407&sr=8-1&keywords=Ice+Machine+Cleaner

It is made primarily for a bin type ice maker and does an adequate job if you use it on a routine basis (i.e., every 90 days).
If your commercial ice maker has removable parts, remove all parts that have direct contact with the ice. Wash these parts in hot, soapy water and use a brush to remove any dirt or mildew from the parts. Remove any ice or water storage bins and wash them in soapy water. Rinse each part thoroughly to remove all traces of soap. Use a 50/50 vinegar/water solution to break up any hard water (calcium) deposits on the parts. Sanitize your ice maker parts by soaking them in a solution made of 1 oz. of bleach and 1 gallon of warm, clean water. Allow the parts to soak for at least 30 seconds and leave them to air-dry.
Clean and sanitize ice makers that do not have removable parts by running two or three cycles and discarding the ice. Check you manufacturer's instructions for how to clean your ice maker. Some machines may not tolerate diluted bleach solutions, so check the sanitizing solution specified by your instruction manual through the machine. Always throw away the first batch of ice made after cleaning. Also change your water filter, if so equipped.

We have a Whirlpool K40 Ice Maker but it seems to have stopped producing ice. The motor is running but there is no water coming into the machine & therefore no ice is being frozen & cut by the...

a few things to check, first off is adequate water supply(obviously).. next check your drain system, if your unit gravity drains look for a blockage, but if you have a secondary drain pump to pump away water check for proper operation, if that pump fails the machine will no longer let water in( thinks it full and no need to produce more ice if it cant get rid of old water
