Question about Heating & Cooling
Before calling a tech check that the air filters are clean. Check that the condensate drainpipe is clear. You do this by blowing into the pipe which is on the outside of the building and should usually have water dripping from it. Then switch off power at the main supply board which should reset the unit. Then switch back on.
