Have a paper jam in my pixma ip4500 and cant see the paper anywher to take it out?

Paper jam I suppose is the commonest of all printer problems as it can occur due to strayed, stuck bits of papers in pathway of paper tray, outlet, roller etc. I would recommend cleaning the paper inlet, outlet, and other possible areas to avoid a paper jam situation.

Follow the given steps to clear paper jam
>Clear any loose paper from the paper tray. This will help you locate the jam. You will find it either in front, near the paper tray, or in the rear.

->To clear a paper jam near the paper tray, grip the paper and pull it firmly but gently from the printer. If you find a stack of papers jammed, grab from the middle of the stack and pull.

->For a rear jam, remove the back of the printer. When you find a free edge on the paper, grip it firmly and pull it out.

->Replace the back cover. Press the "Resume" button or turn off the printer, and then turn it back on. Your settings should reset.

->Try printing another document

Paper jam, paper is jammed below roller cannot reach

Please try this approach to release the paper jam.
  1. Remove the sheets of paper from the feeder.
  2. Open the printer cover and remove the cartridges.
  3. Check the cartridge area for any obstructions in the paper path. Carefully remove the paper jam. Avoid tearing it or leaving torn pieces as it could cause future paper jams.
  4. Close the printer cover.
  5. Re-brick your printer by pulling out the power supply - the black box where the power cord is plugged into. Re-plug after 30 seconds.
  6. When the printer turns on, reinsert the cartridges and load some paper. Try to print again to verify that the problem si fixed.

I've got a 4 by 6 photo paper jam in my Lexmark S405 all-in-one printer.

Please follow the steps below to fix the problem:

1. Remove the sheets of paper from the feeder.

2. Try to reach for the paper jam.

3. If paper jam can't be reached, open the printer cover to access the cartridge area. You may be able to get a better hold of the paper jam in the cartridge area.

4. Remove the paper jam and make sure not to tear or leave any torn piece of paper in the printer.

When paper jam is clear, try to print a document again to verify that the problem is fixed.

If problem continues, please contact Lexmark Technical Support Center for additional assistance.

PAPER JAM - CAN'T FIND THE PAPER. IS THERE A WAY TO REACH PAPER WITHIN MACHINE?

Open the printer cover and access the cartridge area. You should be able to see the paper jam. Carefully remove the paper and avoid tearing it. Any torn paper left inside the printer could cause future paper jams.

Allow any residual charge to fade away before putting your hands or metal tools inside the chassis.
2. Step 2 Pin down the exact location of the jam. The three hot spots for a jam are the paper tray, anywhere between the feed tray and the print carriage, or between the print carriage and the output tray.
3. Step 3 Take off the front paper tray if the sheet got stuck while it was still in the front area of the printer. If the sheet jammed here, you should be able to see most of the paper.
4. Step 4 Pull on the sheet with both hands and steady pressure. Do not tug as you might rip the paper, leaving a chunk of it deeper in the machine.
5. Step 5 Open the back panel to reach paper jammed between the feed tray area and the print carriage of the all-in-one printer. Carefully remove the jammed paper from the machine.
6. Step 6 Use the carriage access door to reach a jam further inside the all-in-one printer. You may need to move the print carriage out of your way to clear the jam.
7. Step 7 Return any access panels to their closed and locked positions. Plug your printer back in and flip the power switch.

Paper jam on office jet G55 hp in a hard to reach location.

in rear of HP printers there is an access (clip on plastic plate) you should use to remove paper shads or jams. Pulling paper out from front may harm the printer. Open back and attempt removal of jam.

L7590 HP paper jam, I can't reach the paper

This happened to me and here's what I did. You can open up the machine right in the middle and access this area. Lift up below the menu buttons and screen and it hinges straight up. If the jam isn't there, go to the back of the unit and push on the gray button and open that back cartridge area for different access. Finally, you can pull out the paper tray and get access to the remaining area. One of these methods should work. Good luck.
