Question about Motorola T4550FP (22 Channels) 2-Way Radio
I cant get them to stay on the same channel and i cant get them to talk to each other

Read the section on channels and frequencies followed by programming your radios to match one another. Then also read the section on scan. It sounds like you may have your radios in scan mode.

all of the channel are resonding to the test. but you cant notice it bec 5.1 speakers, each channel are designed to respond to a certain frequecies. the L/R channel your talking about have the mid-range frequecies so it responds clearly compared to other channels...
