My kodak C160 9.2 mp digital camera turns off when i connect it to my computer with the USB cable and there is not any light (flashing green or any kind at all) on the camera. My Computer is not detecting...

Possible solutions:
Remember you need to turn the camera on when transferring.
Try a different USB outlet
Try a different cable
Try a different computer.

If all fails please contact KODAK in order to arrange a repair or order a new cable. Remember your USB cable is covered under the same warranty as your camera, so remember your serial number when calling:

The camera shuts off when plugged into computer.

The LCD switches off automaticly, but the cam should still be on in order to transferre.
You should be able to see a flashing green light.

In order to charge thru the comp pls. switch the cam off before connecting to the comp.

M883 Powers on then off ?

Check if there is ample space on the memory and good charge on the battery and try, if it still persists then there is a fault on the lens moving out and in, probably because u wud have dropped it.

Thankyou
