Hopefully, you already found this answer elsewhere, but just in case you're still wondering:

Customer should be the owner or member. Then, if you've made the payment "billable" as indicated in your question, you can create an invoice to that customer and use the "Add Time/Cost" function to add the billable expense.

SOURCE: transfer vendor list from old company to new

Step 1 - Go to old company file, and select "File" then "Utilities" then "Export" then "Lists to IIF"

Step 2 - Select "Vendor List" then "OK"

Step 3 - Save to your desktop

Step 4 - Go to new company file, and select "File" then "Utilities" then "Import" then "IIF Files"

Step 5 - Select File from Desktop, then "OK"

Viola!

have you paid it in full ie you don't have more to pay if its a pay by bank phone your bank they will stop it free,if you still need to pay you need to pay it they will just add more to it if you don't talk to the vendor of how you pay tell them to stop the paymeant

Is this some sort of game? I am guessing your cellphone provider has ceased collecting money from you to pay it to the game vendor. Contact the cellphone provider billing department to check.

How do I pay mortgage payment on line


Note: The names of the fields and controls on your bank's website may not be the same as the ones I've used. If you can't find the exact name, look for something similar

Set up where your payments will go.
  1. Make sure you have the name of your mortgage company and your account number.
  2. Go to your bank's online banking website.
  3. Open the Pay Bills page
  4. Open the Payees page
  5. Select Add a New Payee
  6. Look on the Payee List for the mortgage company
  7. If you find it, select it and enter your account number. If you don't find it, go to your bank branch and ask for help.
Make a payment
  1. Go to your bank's online banking website
  2. Open the Pay Bills page
  3. Select Pay a Bill
  4. Select the mortgage company from your list of payees
  5. Enter the payment amount
  6. Enter the date the payment is to be made. If you're making the payment now, you can probably leave the date blank.
  7. If the page allows paying of more than one bill at a time, there may be a box your have to check next to the payment entry you have made
  8. Click the Confirm Payment button.

My payment is due on the 13th of each month. Can I pay it on line ahead of time, and make sure my billing date stays the 13th of the month?


U can always pay ahead of time. Only thing you have no control over is if the vendor changes the payment due date. So u have to be vigilant lest you incur late payment charges if date is changed to earlier date.

I am trying to check out at a vendor on line and the pay now is asking for a nickname on my card. They said it would be on my statement. I am not aware of a nickname. Please help.


When using a card to pay on line the only things required are name on the card( in the name of)
expiry date
card number
i would be very wary of any other request including the security number on the back as it is like opening your account to hackers
best advice use PayPal and if the vendor dozen,t accept that then use a vendor that does

Locate the online banking link on the website.
Read your bank's online bill pay policies and fee disclosure that should be displayed once you click the online bill-pay link.
You must agree to these policies and fee disclosure before completing registration for online bill pay.


Click the add payment or new payment link to set up your first online bill payment.
Enter any information requested by your bank.
Your bank will normally ask for the name of the creditor or utility provider, address and the normal amount of payment.

How does palpay work when you buy something


hello

when you buy something (say from www.ebay.com), you receive via email -- a confirmation .
once you finish completing your order from that vendor (supplier) it will automatically direct you to pay for the item using your choice of payment, in this case your paypal account. At this stage you will be asked to log in . Once signed into paypal, via that supplier website, it will ask you to confirm your order and pay for it -- it takes your money from your credit card of from your bank account. Its very safe and it's simple. it takes 10-20 seconds to confirm the purchase.
