Question about HTC Touch P3450 Smartphone

Touch cube when I flick up from my today screen and the touch cube screen with the Music Photos and Videos shows up I cant seem to get my music player when I touch the Music part of the screen. It want's  to goto the web and access data(Music Store).  But I have seen other touches that will launch their music player when they touch the Music section on the touch cube.  Is there a way to change the options of what the touch cube will display for applications. Maybe I have to install third party apps?? thank you if you can help me.

Install the "Cube Config Tool" and you can change the apps for all of the buttons on the cube.

For soft reset type *#7780# For hard reset type *#7370# and if it ask passcode enter the passcode as 12345 as default.Please backup all your data if you performing hard reset because hard reset deletes all data on your phone like contacts,messages,music,videos and photos

Low storage memory

Kindly format your handset and go to connections option in settings and select FTP and select storage memory in my documents
And check wether its done or not

HTC Touch Display lights constantly on while music playback ... Please Help

the screen display remains on if you're listening to music on the speakers. i've tried many things but couldn't overcome it. the only thing you could do is use the headphone to listen to the music. you can then put the device to sleep mode without interrupting the music.
