Qosmio f60 fan goes on high speed and freez. It keep freezing. The only way to reboot it is to hold down the power button to turn it off and then turn it back on.

I have the same "computer" qosmio f60. I've replaced the hard drive, installed a new window 7 OS, changed RAM paging, power options, run the things with a fan pointed at the computer fan.
The fan goes to high speed and the HDD LED unblinking. I've brought the laptop to two computer shops whose owners knew less about computers than I did. I tried to go to a Toshiba recommended shop in Toronto except they changed to Apple-service only. I tried phoning Toshiba, they just want to change 4 bucks a minute for technical assistance. I've had this Toshiba-thing going on 3 years with the troubles starting after the first year. No one cares about this problem. If I see a Toshiba factory I'm going to chuck this red brick of cra through the window.
BTW it's not a virus or rootkit. I had to learn how to partition a HDD sector through some crazy BIOS program before installing windows. There's no virus or rootkit that's causing this problem.
It's mostly been freezing on me with games.

I hear noise coming from the back vents and I think it might be the processor fan. Is there a way to fix/clean it so that noise goes away and do I have to open it from the bottom? This is for Qosmio G25.

You probably need to replace the cooling fan, but you can try cleaning it out first. Get a can of compressed air or use an air compressor to spray pressurized air into the vent to spray dust out. If this doesn't work, you probably need to replace the fan. I actually found a guide for opening up the Qosmio G25 and replacing or cleaning the cooling fan. Check it out:

Random temporary freezing

that issue could be system overheating- or bad memory. The way to tell if it is the memory is to run the diagnostics for your system (you may need to contact Toshiba tech support for an assist w/ that). If the system is overheating, the judge is your hands- if it is burning hot, the laptop is too hot. If you smell hot plastic/burning insulation from your system, CONTACT TECH SUPPORT IMMEDIATELY AND DO NOT USE THAT SYSTEM! It is a severe safety issue if your system is doing that- as in, you get a replacement system and not a repair.

Overheating, sometimes i see the fan go on and off is it normal?

Under load the fan will kick in and stop as the temperature gets hot. This is normal.
If it is doing this on a reguar basis, you can do the following

1.) Download a copy of a hardware monitoring tool (everest is good) as a trial, note the indicated temperatures that appear on the toolbar, up to 60 degrees is ok under load, after that, you have an overheating problem.

2.) Either take the laptop to a shop and get it cleaned out (dust and dirt accumulate in the fan and coooling matrix), or try this yourself. You can try vacuuming the intake and outlet ports for the fan, but this is not the best solution.

3.) Obtain a USB cooling pad, these are ludicrously cheap on the lies of ebay at less than £4.00 delivered from some suppliers and reduce operating temperatures by 15-20 degrees if placed correctly

No particular problem with your unit. In your case it appears that the fan isn't operational - open the laptop and replace it.
Also check in the BIOS the shutdown temperatures, they might be set way too low.

Toshiba satellite p105-29722 overheating/vid car

I had the same problem. I sent it back in to Toshiba and they fixed it.

The problem was the fan on my motherboard. I think it had some bad bearings because it would run sometiems and not others; and when you would hear it run; it would do a lot of clicking.

It was overheating the core, and while I was playing games it would just stop processes.

Just call up Toshiba and tell them; they should let you send it into the UPS store for free. It will take about a week or two.

Power failure

your laptop may become overheated and that is why it shuts down, make sure the laptop is on a hard service so that the fan can get air. hot weather can cause problems as well.
