Question about Panasonic Toughbook W4 Notebook
Screen is bright for a second and then goes very dim. Can barely make out image but works fine with a monitor.
The "back-light" inside the LCD is failing.
It's about a $10 part, but it is not a "user-replaceable part".
Instead, take the computer to a qualifed technician, and get him/her to disassemble the computer, replace the part, and reassemble the computer.
