Re: clean officejet print head

You can get very good results in reviving the HP Officejet 7100 Series printheads simply by placing them in a shallow plate or dish with about 1/4" of hot water (ideally distilled water). Soak the nozzle face (bottom) for at least 5 minutes before drying and testing; repeat if needed for really clogged heads.

HP Officejet 6310 will not print cyan

The Cyan print head nozzle maybe blocked.
If deep cleaning does not fix it then you need a new print head.
The cost of a new print head is expensive and it maybe better to get a new printer.

My Officejet 6000 E609n printer doesn't print the correct colors. The red is printing yellow and the blue and green are a lighter version of what is on the screen. I have cleaned the printer head

This is not a cartridge issue. IT is Printhead issue. Since you have done the manual cleaning, it is now time to replace the Printhead.

On my HP Officejet 4215, my black cartridge doesn't print. The cartridge is nearly full.

If you haven't used the black print option, as in to print without using the color cartridges, then the black print head may be 'gummed up'.
You can try to clean the print head using the 'clean' function, which may work.
You can also try to get the print head to work by using ammonia and hot water. If the cartridge has its own print head, you can use some hot water on a paper towel and set the print head onto the soaked towel for a few minutes. After it has sat for a while, gently dab it dry with another paper towel, and try to use it. If it works, you're done. If not, you can use ammonia to try to clean the print head using the same tactics as using water. Try water first, then ammonia.
If the print head is fixed in place, you have to remove the whole assembly from the printer, and then try to clean the print head using the same method.

HP Officejet Pro L 7680. Print. Tops of letters are cut off just in one area of print-just happens to be the numeral check amount. Tools: Alignment failed.

Do a full cleaning of the print heads from within the printer tools control panel in windows. You either have a very bad clog in the ink nozzle or a print head that has failed. If the cleaning does not solve the issue then replace the print head.

I hope this helps, if so please rate our solution.

Black ink will not print

The ink on the print head is dry and it is preventing it from printing.
I do my own refill so I buy a refill kit, in it, has 3 bottle of inks and a bottle of cleaning solution. The cleaning solution I use to clean the head.
A place that refill in should carry some kind of a cleaning solution that you can use.
I hope this help you
