SOURCE: Texas Instruments TI-30XA Non-Solar battery replacement

My batteries were fine but the LED display was jammed so it needed to be reset. This can be done either by removing and reinserting the batteries, or by shorting out the reset board. In either case, the back will need to be removed. After I removed the 6 small Phillips screws, I used a small flathead screwdriver (jeweler's size) to pop the two tabs apart on the top of the calculator. I then slid the edge of the screwdriver along one side of the calculator and then the other. The back came off rather easily in this manner.

What is the battery size to replace for the texas ti-30xa, please

Hello,
I do not own this calculator and the manual does not specify the battery model number. However on this site, it is identified as EXP76. There must be many equivalent batteries.
The site shows you in pictures the whole procedure for replacing the battery.

Hope it helps.
