Instead, use another USB port, if available,

using any multimetr test PSU if OK, then disassembly laptop housing plug PSU in power socet and test power output from power socet to motherboard, iuf OK then look for fuse near power socet on motherboard and test it

The picture comes in looking like it should be in 3D. the colors are overlapping rather than laying perfectly over one another

I thinks that you are talking about an out-focussed picture. In most trinitron sets, after a long run, its Picture Tube Base socet will get damaged. It is a usual faut to most 24 inch Trinitrons. Picture tube base socket can be located at picture tube base card. This base card is detachabel from picture tube base by pulling it straight out. You can see the base socet soldered diretly to the base card. Just resolder all the soldering points at the base socket and try. Any loose soldering at the solder terminals of this base socket will also be the cause for a defocussed picture. If it does not help you, just replace it with same type. This component can be bought most of the electronic sparepart shops at your town. OK.

Location for fan fuse on golf pls

it's On battery upper bracket where are 3 fuse small 30A make sure the conection always loose some time the fuse is Ok but the wire loose . you can check your fan motor by remove socet from radator sensor (3 pin ) and conected with small wire the fan will move with tow speed even the first fuse is burn.
