Question about RCA P42WHD33 42 in. Plasma HDTV
The buzz is very likely from the power supply. This may be occurring due to a shorted component else where in the units circuitry. The supply has a protect mode when it is over loaded and its operating frequency drops into the audible range when in this state. You will need a technician to diagnose this and give you an estimate, unless it is under warranty or a service plan.
