Question about Computers & Internet
I am switching from an intel cuw-am motherboard to an amd mcpsp m2 motherboard and I cant seem to get the power block properly wired, I need help, someone help me please?
How many holes on the power-block on the old motherboard?
How many holes on the power-block on the new motherboard?
Examine the sides of the old and the new power-blocks.
One side should be smooth, and one side should have a "bump",
in order to hook to the "finger" on the power-connector.
Align the "finger" with the "bump".
Also, notice that the holes in the power-block are not "square"; they are D-shaped, to ensure that ONLY the correct posts on the power-connector will fit into the correct slots on the power-block.
