Question about Barbie Lorus Analog Nostalgia BC0236TIN Watch for Women
Of course the battery is inside and you would need to remove the case back on the watch to find it. You should have someone do it for you that has the proper tool to remove the case back and to properly remove and install the new one. Believe me, even stores can "screw it up". So you should not attempt this. Pay $5 to $10 and get an experienced person to do this for you. If you bought this new, then it should be working and you should not have to replace the battery. In that case, return it to the store or have them exchange it for another one. Hope this helps, Good Luck
