Question about Canon PIXMA MP830 All-In-One InkJet Printer
My Canon 830 is not communication with PC. For the last four months upto a week ago all was well. I get error messages when sending a print job.
I tried re-installing drivers, changed usb cables, I even loaded the printer of a new laptop but still cannot communicate.
when I remove the usb cable the printer screen lights to show that there is some connection. Please assist
Did you delete all printers before instaling drivers so that you would have a clean printer install .
delete all printers first from control panel via printers and other hardware. then reload printer drivers for this printer.
