I can try giving you various options to try to remove the child lock. They are as follows

  1. If child lock has been activated, all buttons on the control panel except for the power button will be inoperable. Child lock is usually activated by pressing either the [pre-wash] or [tub clean] button for 3 seconds. To deactivate the child lock function, press and hold the same key again for 3 seconds.
  2. Press and hold 'dry' & 'spin', it should unlock OR
  3. Try holding the "end of cycle" button down for 5 or 6 seconds. You must hv done it accidently, it is the child lock device.

To use this feature press the ‘Child Lock’ button and hold down for 2 seconds. The child safe icon will begin to flash. When the icon stops flashing the feature is activated. If any of the control buttons are pressed, the child safe icon will flash and the machine will bleep 3 times: no alterations to the control settings will be allowed. If power is interrupted, at any time, pressing any button will reactivate the child lock feature.

To deactivate this feature hold the ‘Child Lock’ button down for 4 seconds. You will then hear a bleep and the child safe icon will go out.
If this is not the problem than turn off the AC power for 30 mintes and then power the machine back on an everything should be OK to use as long as no Error Codes are displayed.
